2017 Four Continents Men FS

Better than in the short Patrick... too bad about the REP for the 3A.. good thinking putting the combo at the end of the flip.

I think this is first place for now but i doubt it will go much higher...

Did you Forget about Boyang? He would need like 96 PCS..

EDIT Oh, wow I stand corrected....didn't think he would pass Boyang though..

Has anyone noticed that patrick and boyang have received similar total scores at lots of comps?

I find that I can appreciate Patrick's gorgeous skating skills much more now without the obnoxious commentaries waxing poetics about him. I much prefer live stream without comments. Of course sometimes I can't figure out which jump is which, but much more satisfying viewing experience.

It's almost cruel watching those skaters back to back. Those SS of Patrick's are just like a hot knife through butter. Forget the costume, music (if you don't like it), jumps... but the rest is just such a treat to watch. No one else just "moves" like Patrick. It's really amazing... and I'm not even a big fan of his. I appreciate his skill however, big time. Just so relaxing watching him move across the ice, back and forth... just wow.

he started of good but then went downhill....oh well...still a lovely skate.

edit to add: what he is leading?

If other sports used figure skating's philosophy of rewarding jump attempts : in basketball you get a point for hitting the rim; in baseball if you hit a foul ball you still get to take a base because you made contact; in football you dropped the pass but you still get the first down.

With those rules, you'd see a lot more shots, swings, and passes being tried.

If you got zero points for a jump that you fell down on, you'd probably get nothing more adventurous than triple toe loops.
