All you Yuzu fans, such NATHAN HAAATERSSS!!!
Y'all would criticize Nathan even if he was clean.![]()
I don't understand why every time I criticize the judges, some fan would turn that into hating on skaters.

I like Yuzu and Nathan (and also Shoma) equally.
All three did well to podium and could do better.
If Plushy comes back next year, even he could no longer win a "Platinum" medal.
Nathan 24/7 on NBC Sports.![]()
24k magic and all that stuff.

I preferred Hanyu's PCS over Nathan's TES in their FPs. They should hand out 2 golds, one for TES and one for PCSI think Nathan could do with 1 less quad and longer transitions between jumps....
Yes, we really must change everything now when someone comes up who can beat Yuzuru, Javi and Shoma at the quads game.I'm more of a Japan boys kind of girl, but Nathan totally deserved the win and he is so talented at 17. To learn two new quads after major surgery that put him out for 6 months is downright impressive.
lol........ :think:Yes I am...... Tell Hanyu to do a program like that!!!! Hanyu don't even deserve those PCS he gets! Over inflated as always.
Yeap. Two records
First man to do 5 quads.
First man to jumped 4 different quads.

Nathan deserve the win. 5 Quads! That's insane, he upped his tech with 2 Axels. Pcs is subjective, I find Hanyu boring as hell, he shouldn't even be 6 points ahead of Nathan in PCS. Dont be a sore loser! Plus he messed up his sals in both programs. He won the FS , what do you want.
I noticed earlier that that Mexican judge gives funny scores for some elements.
Is that the judge that gave 0 GOE on an element that most others gave a +3? Why did ISU remove the flags, so inconvenient, and I don't want to make assumptions based on names alone...
I guess. only because Jin Boyang's Quad Loop got downgraded. Two men did 5 quad attempts tonight. I guess you can count Yuzu as one who attempted 5 quads as well since he threw in a last minute quad toe + double toe, so had he laded the double Sal it would have been 5 quads as well.
Not taking anything away from Nathan, but that seems all his fans can concentrate on, is how many quads he landed. That's not saying much about his skating if that's all you can think of.
For a top skater, he really needs to beef up his PCS scores, because he has nothing to fall back on if his jumps are not with him on any particular day.
Tell the ISU. That's what the ISU wants, and that's what Nathan is giving them because Nathan wants to win, and he loves to jump. He also has ballet training in his background and a huge capacity for further growth and maturity in all aspects of his skating. In order to land 5 quads in a program, it takes mental focus and paring down. That is nothing new. The remarkable thing about Nathan is that he's been able to complete a five-quad program relatively cleanly twice already. Although Nathan wasn't completely perfect in his fp at 4CCs, he also did not have any major lapses or messy falls like a lot of skaters with quads end up having when they try to pile on tech difficulty in their programs.
It's a real dilemma, the sport's over-focus on quads, but why does everyone complain so loudly when suddenly the order of things begins to change at the top? You either have skaters messing up and unable to skate clean programs crammed with detailed choreo and 3,4, or 5 quads and difficult transitions, or you have pared down, focused programs that are designed to give a talented skater the best opportunity to land the maximum number of quads. Suddenly quads are a problem for people who love them when their fave skaters are winning?
