Only two groups of men that is a change. Good to see Alexander Majorov competing I know he had some funding problems.

It would be nice if Timothy could medal at this competition. I really like his skating and his programs are very nice this season.

Good luck to all the Men!:cheer:

Nice job from Artur. He seemed a little slow in his footwork but overall I enjoyed that!

I wonder if Samohin will skate a 5 minute program this time just to keep us on our toes. 😛

Did we ever get an answer about why he had that long short at Ondrej Nepela?

I liked Thomas Stoll's spins the most, especially his back scratch spin. Shame on the jumps, though - hand-down and turn-out on 3A, only a 2Lz+1T, and a complete two-footed stop on the 3Lo. The skating itself wasn't very complicated, mainly three-turns and crossovers. The music is so mechanical with its beat that it could have been emphasized more.

Score: 52.65

Awww Thomas to bad about the jumps. Not his best skate, great posture throughout.

very nice final spin!

Beautiful start with a high, strong tano 3Lz. His skating is very lyrical to the phrasing on the music. As usual, his spins are fantastic - lovely slide into the camel spin and nice butterfly into the sit spin and a strong headless back crossfoot spin at the end. But a hard fall on the two-footed 3A, doesn't look <, and forward on the 3F so only a 2T tacked on. I also found that his footwork wasn't as crisp as I normally see it, likely because of the technical mishaps earlier.

Score: 67.80

I loved this program. I hope to see it again later in the season when it's a bit more polished. Super fun program though. I love the music.

Nice Job Cleo and Draqq on the PBPs!

I once did PBP..it was a disaster from which the forum took a long time to recover.

That was a hard fall on the 3A sort of took the wind out of the program.
