I doubt it, since with all their rough programs, Kaetlyn's lowest total is 206.77 and Carolina has been mostly over that. Satoko's been well above that since NHK, etc.

Great spins also. And the jumps have good tech but she... doesn't rotate them. And didn't 3T here I guess.

Yes, no doubt that her spins are nice. But, you can't spin yourself to a good score, unfortunately. She delays her jumps and she can't afford too. She ur her jumps even in practice. Not sure how to fix that.

I love Karen Chen's skating. I feel like she would benefit immensely from working with someone to correct her jumping technique and a sports psychologist.

Agreed! I actually think she could be the US’ leading lady with some work. She might even need a coaching change

It's a good program.

It could be program fatigue, and while certainly much better than you’d expect upon hearing “skater choreographs their own program,” it’s also in need of some help.

It’s leagues ahead of Tennell’s Cinderella. Chen could easily have a future in choreo if she wants.

Nice 3-3! And skating to Cinderella. My 3 year old would approve. I do actually like Disney music though.
