I'm thrilled for Mirai that not only her parents are at OWG to cheer for her ... but also Alex Johnson :luv17:, who is one of her besties.

I'm guessing that he decided to attend as a spectator in large part to support Mirai.

(Also to support Piper Gilles, to whom he is close.)

I'm pretty sure I remember her talking about how Edea was the answer to her boot problem prayers last year. But I just looked it up and now she is currently using Avanta skates so maybe she already tried Edea and didn't like them?

Mirai switched to Edea from Jackson boots. Perhaps you were thinking of her??

(I could be wrong, but I do not remember anything in the past re Karen and Edea?)
