What a terrible shame that Peng/Jin and Alexandrovskaya/Windsor were cut off at the knees so we can see the mistakes by some of these other pairs in the fp. When will the ISU wake-up and learn how to nurture and grow the sport and appreciate the skaters, and expand the pairs qualifiers to a reasonable number to accommodate the discipoline's depth? Blommaert is just as stiff and barely there as he was in the sp, while Hocke does all the performing. :disapp:

Yuzudaughter is begging to skate to Incantation next season. Her coach thinks the music is too powerful for a 9 year old.

If Rika Hongo could have skated to this, Yuzudaughter would surely be OK

Well after four months I finally figured out how to put an avatar on my profile... Distracted me too much from the pairs. But I had to see CBC put this thing before my very own eyes on national television, how the heck was I supposed to resist???

Also I really enjoy the German's skating quality. Pity about those errors, but they have a nice light style.

Really guys. I am trying really hard to not sleep but i am thinking of the 1 hour at least of patience till the last two groups. I am drinking cofee , hear brain enhancement music , study pharmacology and still i am afraid i wont get to watch the last two group. Any desperate advice ??? :shocked::sad4:

She has braces! The whole program she looked like she was edentulous until they finally showed a close up. That's all I could see. Not to be mean.

Maybe a little bit too Romantic for a program skated to Romeo and Juliet? People always overlook how brutal that play is. But I like that they snuck in a reference to the actual text there early on. 'Palm to palm is holy palmers' kiss', I see you there!

Several mistakes but I enjoy the R&J music. I thought they did a lovely job portraying the beauty of the story (though not the drama at all). Aljona did good work choreographically for them
