I am quite curious to see how it will pan out between Victoria and Nikita vs Alexandra and Ivan...

I can't wait either ! May the best win of course, even though I'm rooting a bit more for Stepanova/Bukin, because I think they could be Euros/World medallists more than once in the quad to come (even though they already have a Euro bronze medal - 2015). I also prefer their programs this year. I hope that they can skate their Rumba pattern better though, because they lose a lot of point there, where S/K don't.

Betina and Sergey were clean enough, but the music is a mess - and this coming from someone that can watch B/S without a problem, haha.

P/M are rough around the edges, sometimes not controlled, sometimes too controlled. OTT OTT faces are too much for my personal taste, but a lot of potential for sure, they could go far. Rumba pattern could be better.

This is where you can see that nationals are much more meaningful for some than Grand prix...

They are much more cleaner usually. She had rough moments on the twizzles, so I'm pressuming level went down there. Unfortunately cause I like them a lot. But PE was not here today.

They were kind of clean but I just couldn't follow the music during the pattern to know if they didn't get dinged with timing problems. But they looked more polished now than they've been during some comps this season, but it's a surprise to see them scoring less than at COR, so they must have lost the plot somewhere.

Twizzles again... The pattern started great, didn't end great too, the skate was a bit tentative after what we saw from the GP, but they do have great SS. We'll see the scores...
