I sincerely hope that this is the end of the massive pushing for her but as I said, I'm not exactly holding my breath.

I dont get it. Just saying you can't compare PCS from competition to competition, even moreso over two different seasons and categories. PCS at JW are always lower.
Ten points bump, from junior to senior is nothing specatacular specially skating at your nationals. And her skating is possibly faring better compare to the sloppy skating from the other russian girls than JW thus relatively get more points.

It doesn't matter who you are. If you have a pattern of bad performances, with all the other girls lined up behind you, eventually they aren't going to give you any more chances. Just ask Liza, Elena, Alena, Anna, Yulia, Adelina, etc. - all of whom accomplished far, far more than this girl ever has...

She isn't getting higher PCS internationally than the other juniors. She's getting less. Only in domestic competition is she scoring higher. It's not fair to anyone, especially to her.

I'm not talking about JW. I'm talking about her PCS in relation to the last season in the same competitions, like nationals. For example, her PCS jump from 2017 senior nationals to 2018 senior nationals.

Obviously I wouldn't compare JW PCS to nationals PCS 1:1, that makes no sense.

Someone pls explain how are there so many empty seats (in good sectors even!) despite the fact that when I wanted to buy tickets like 1-2 months ago, almost all of the seats were already sold out/unavailable (especially the central/lower ones)?

There's no way so many people bought tickets and didn't bother to come at the rink.

I believe that people are coming for later groups. Carolina is in the lead anyway. At least I hope they will...

I am happy Viveca at least got her SB. After Euros she said just one imprudent sentence right after her FS performance and missing the OG spot when she had not had time to calm time. Local media has been unconscionable for her, IMO, and also people who really know nothing about figure skating give mean comments. I do not see she could be in top10 even if she were clean. She was underdog anyway in this group even she had best cores of the group after Sp.

Laurine seemed to enjoy it today. Nice to see her again.
