Elizaveta Kulikova (reserve, novices)
I think they are aware of her skating status more than we are, and maybe she is looking very good. For example, Zhilina was shaky last year, and yet, assigned to two JGP's even before test skates. Which leads me to think that programs are being submitted to the Powers to Be outside of official demonstrations, or coaches are unofficially campaigning for their skaters.
Hmm, Sinitsyna in the junior reserve team... Seems strange considering she's skating in the senior GP but maybe this is because there's no space on the senior team? Veronika Zhilina and Kulikova are both skating in the junior GP circuit too.
Yes, that spot should have gone to Sinitsyna. I bet it's all about that darn WS list where Samodurova is placed too high.
They need another St. PB skater, that's the main reason. Not her performance.
I think this is likely, and Sinitzina I think got 2 senior spots under this year’s more generous allocation for juniors who didn’t debut in senior Grand Prix last year but were potentially eligible.

She’s definitely regained her speed though, she looks so fast..
When are senior test skates again?
Given fan reactions to music choices and training regimens the previous summers, plus drama over favoritism based on who gets their programs first and who has better music it makes sense that they decided to just keep everything secret. “This music is too mature, this too childish, this cut worse than another, so they must not favor her for Olympic gold”. Let the programs speak for themselves at test skates. It must relieve plenty of pressure from the girls as well to know they have no expectations from fans for how the program will turn out when they perform it the first time.
If there are alleles linked to proprioception/cerebellum function and the primers for the reaction flank the relevant genomic regions, maybe?Who is this CDC? Initials of a new Russian girl?
What about PCR-test? Does that measure your spinning ability?

She looks lovely and in shape, couldn't tell this apart from 2019/20 season Alena if I didn't known. Which is exactly where she'll want to be at.
I really hope she gets that 3A so she can be competitive. Same goes for Darya.
