ISU's going to amend the JGP Final qualification rules to let them in. They'll strong-arm Japan on this one.

Didn't I always say we should have:

• European Championships (skaters from Europe)
• Pan-American Championships (skaters from North America and South America)
• Four Continents Championships (skaters from Asia, Australasia, Africa and Antarctica)

And we have now had our first sighting of the skater who will have the honour of being the first to represent their continent!
