I'll be using the break to bring out all the candles for my girls, I hope Oona and Gage can win the free (and overall) but now I have to conserve energy to stay up until like 4 am

The thing is, the Browns are good enough that they *should* be getting their levels. They're already getting the GOE. So yeah, might be time for a coaching change to someone who can keep what's great about them and hammer the patterns and step sequences so they can get scores that reflect their abilities.
I think they're a great example of so much talent and not having the finance to back that up - if these kids had the money of say the Fear girls, they'd have access to much better coaching (and stronger political coaches) and easily be number one in the US.

they're just so so musical - please get them a better technical and political coach please!!
But, here’s my take on that—going to a more “connected”, well known coach, could strip out all the wonderful qualities that make the Browns what they are. Imagine them being forced into the Gadbois box, for example. Would they still be so fabulous?

Exactly. IIRC, Oona and Gage have been somewhat open about their financial struggles (posting GoFundMe's and things like that). They really do need a higher caliber coaching team, but sadly they probably can't afford one.

I agree. I just hope they get feedback from a technical specialist. I love their uniqueness.

Not to belabor the point, but to me, it almost looked like the Browns were ultra-focused on skating the (bleep) out of that first section, and sort of ran out of steam/focus/energy when they got to the blues pattern. You could tell the moment they started into the pattern, they were a little off, out of position. That really hurt them here.

But I totally love them anyway!
