I currently have the 22 year old cat yelling at me for reasons I haven't figured out yet. Since he refused to drink anywhere but the bathtub tap it could be that I closed it after I took a shower. Or he could just be demanding different food.

The 15 year old Lab is sleeping and being the excellent girl she normally is. I have a dog from heaven and a cat from hell.

Isn't that normal? Cats are hellspawn and we love them for it and dogs are, well, dogs

How much is too much? I've never overcaffeinated. It's nearly impossible to do on tea and I don't drink coffee or engery drinks.

If your eye starts to twitch, you've overcaffeinated. Or so I've been told.

Maybe a dumb question: Were Sales/Wamsteeker already with IAM last season and moved to Moir's facility for more individualized attention? Just curious if anyone moved from primarily Debreuil/Lauzon to Moir (knowing full well they are coordinating a lot).

I'm pretty sure they moved from the west coast - they were coached by Megan Wing and Aaron Lowe.

I did once, on white tea (!) but that was on top of several large cups of earl grey. My heart was racing but it did help clarify my limits when it comes to caffeine. E.g. - no coffee.
