Daniel is developing into a very unique and interesting skater. His movements get more and more refined. Interesting spin positions, too bad about the LZ-pop. High value marks for the other elements.

Apart from the obvious lack of big guns I think that Kornel is a very talented skater.

I have a question. Does Italian police sponsor sktaters or are they all police officers?

All these Italian sportspeople that display the police logo are actually in the force. The Italian police have a great sports programme. And in return for funding their sports activities, the athletes have to perform police duties during the off-season. From what I know, it's not major things; traffic duties and the like.

As well as skaters, nearly all the Italian skiers are in the police. And an increasing number of motorbike racers are too.

Incidentally, Valentina Marchei went into the Prison Service.

The German army has a similar programme.

Former coach J.F. Ballester - I miss seeing him.
Music - A Stutter. Very elegant 3T-3T, 2A and 3LZ. Gorgeous spins, fast and beautifully timed to the music. Love his smooth silky skating - an antidote to a busy hospital night.
I could watch him all day just skate edges.
