This team is so intriguing! They gel together so well despite the height difference

Wang and Liu feel like a pairs team. So many crossovers, and the height difference does not help.

Aww the Chinese cheer squad! Oh wow these costumes are just stunning as well

I like them better than Mishina/Galliamov’s. Not so matchy matchy. The slight off-colors make the program more interesting and draw me in.

WANG Shiyue / LIU Xinyu (CHN)

Fairly similar to KoKo, really. Good glide across the ice and soft arms. Could be more intense to match the music in the middle choreo sequence there, and have more light and shade throughout. Most of the transitions had steps on the easier side and holds which could be tighter. But a very enjoyable, generally lovely performance.
