Sure, blame the child. Despicable.Well, she left Eteri group and came back, so it was her decision to be in that camp...
She needs sport psychologist. But outside of Eteri group. If she take it that bad and has not the best attitude, the sport will destroy her.She was hounded into it and she did it to go to this Olympic. So, yeah, she should have stayed with Plyushenko… and then she would have been under even heavier scrutiny and bashing. It’s hard to be different from everyone else.
She must have believed that if she'd land five quads that would be enough. She'd been obsessed with five quads for years. Why? I honestly did not understand. She had a crappy SP where she was overscored and errors in the LP. And empty program
Anna has the individual, Kamila has the team (unless she's disqualified later).LMAO. WHo is everyone? Because so far only Anna won. Pairs are yet to come. Does she really think ROC will get Team Event gold?....
All I can say is there is way more going on with her and her teammates that explains Sasha's behavior
I'm sure it will blow over but I think many of us are just baffled and shocked. It's been a crazy fortnight and then...... this!!! I keep expecting drama but the drama is always crazier than what I predict!!! And I predict drama!!!Well it wasn't pretty and a bit out of control, But lets give Sasha the benefit of the doubt.
During the ceremony she was respectful and calm, and in the past we've had
similar (though less explosive) reactions but they were mostly briefly caught backstage.
Here is the glimpse of Sasha's meltdown where she says something like this: "never in life, never in life, i hate this sport, I hate it, i hate it, i hate it".
And the woman comforting Kamila is saying: "it's not your loss - (several times). you will skate and you will show what you can do. I don't say this just like that, do you understand it? hang it there. Let it be the worst thing that every happens in your life"
She's 17. And I was replying to comments about Eteri camp. The fact is she chose to come back to Eteri camp. And she had other options. She still has. Who said she won't be qualifying for next Olympics? I'm not happy seeing her in this state, but she went back to Eteri fully knowing how it looks in her camp. It is different than going there for the first time. I wish Sasha maybe consult with sports psychologist. SOmeone outside Eteri group, because the situation is taking toll on her for sure.Sure, blame the child. Despicable.
