Technically mixed this time around. She was a bit wild on the second set of the twizzles and the midnight blues pattern was scary close to the wall and was quite struggle. There was quite a bit of two-foot skating throughout as well. I think they interpreted the first half of the program better than the second half, where the attempt at hip-hop was rather poor, just too loose.

They were not at their best today. They skated better in the team event—and will get a medal there, so I’m sure they are happy overall!

Covid and injuries really have slowed down the Georgians haven't it? Such talent, and so many bobbles and lack of polish here. Killer ending pose, but I think they've lost about a year in terms of development. Still keeping an eye on them, because when they're good they're very very good.
