Eh, I just wish they picked better music than this N'Sync mashup something. I think they're better than the music choice. Twizzles were just above average for them, could have had more ice coverage and better synch. They should get high levels for their midnight blue and pattern steps, maybe their hips could be closer. I think they were able to exude that hot hip-hop energy quite well and they're among the first pairs to sell that street dance vibe to me.

It was Backstreet Boys, and it's spelled 'N Sync or *NSYNC.

That was so fantastic!! What I really love about this dance is that you really don’t see the elements. Their midnight blues just blends in so well, whereas all the other couples you can tell they are skating the MB section. I felt like they even had a bit of nerves at the start but even with that they are still just so so good

Gabby looked very unusually tentative throughout. Lots of nervous smiling instead of her usual confident, "look at me" projection.

Fair, we all like the programs we like, but they are much better skaters as a team than F/G and S/B.

PAPADAKIS Gabriella / CIZERON Guillaume (FRA)

Ooo, so nervous for them, but they pulled it off! WHACK ON, WHACK OFF! They are almost in a class of their own. So confident with the power and edgework, with so many personal touches through the Midnight Blues. I was a bit scared on Guillaume's second set of twizzles and the step sequences seem to be at a Level 3 instead of a 4. I also thought the end of the midline step was a bit dicey with the synch, so they might have left the door open just a little. The judges are leaving room for sure. Technical panel is being very selective tonight.

Omg! I feel like my breath and heart stopped during that dance; I was so nervous for P/C! Please, skate gods, let them win this Olympic gold! There were some nervy moments there, but their overall basics cannot be touched! They are so lovely, exquisite and immaculate!
