The music sucked, but that was a pleasant surprise. Lin-Gracey has a big 3F. From what I remember, she’s the first American junior lady I’ve seen in two seasons with a good 3-3.

Elyce's dress is gorgeous Guessing there will be a few reviews of her jump rotations (the Tammy Gambil special...)? The 3T looked under/q in real-time, but you never know.

Still, a very good skate for Elyce, who can be a bit of a hit-and-miss skater, to my personal despair, as she is my favourite US junior

Wow, such a strong start with these two skates by Rena and Elyce! The scores seem stingy to me though.

It's not a proper olè. The dress is predominantly black. Not enough red to fit the requirements.

Actually, the music was the same. Sure, it started with an olè section, and had another later on. But, the other two sections weren't. And that strange vocal section.

It wasn't really my cup of tea.

She goes into 3rd out of 3. But that was to be expected, given the strength of the two skaters before her.

The scores seem stingy to me though.

I'm not so sure about that, at least not compared to the two prior JGPs.
Rena holds the third-highest SP score of any woman on the JGP this season at the moment, and Elyce's score is the 6th highest.
