Well, I wondered if Polina Solntseva would be able to get ultra-c jumps, and it would seem she's working on it. 4Lo and 3A attempts. If she can get them consistent, she'll definitely be a podium threat in juniors next season

This is extraordinary. I actually didn't really expect ultra-c from her so soon. Solntsova became a favourite of mine immediately at the start of the season. Her firebird is amazing. A 3A alone would already be fantastic. Pleskacheva took nationals bronze last year with just a 3A. If Solntsova actually manages the 4Lo she is looking at gold. Her PCS should be sky high. I'm really glad she is rapidly improving I can't wait to see her grow up and develop as an artist.

Gorgeous skates by 18 years old Maria Pulina of Leningrad Oblast.
I liked her programs and skills back at RGP series and at her most recent competition she finally managed to skate clean and win.

Championship of Moscow older age is starting tomorrow. Unlike previous years beside novices there are many more junior girls incl. such names as Margarita Bazylyuk of Sofia Dzepka, but the total number of girls listed is insane 70!
