I think the twizzles and the death spiral are fine. The lifts seem dangerous. Jumps - not sure. Something similar to the relay was on Japanese TV with Trusova, Scherbakova and Kostornaya.

It does sound like short track, without helmets but with toe picks... (short trackers don't have picks, do they?)
