That was a tough skate for Mia, but she's working on incorporating the harder triples. Hopefully as the season picks up she'll have the stamina to do this free skate without so many pops. She's such a lovely skater, and I love her 3T+3T combination when she lands it cleanly.

The jumps were rough for Mia but her choreo and StSqs are just really lovely. I'm sure once the season gets going, the program will get more refined and we'll be able to see some clean skates of this one.

That was a disaster skate, probably one of the worst FS she has done, but better peak at Worlds From now on it can only go upwards. Or she might not get Euros this season.

I like this new program for her, when she get her stamina back I think it will be good for her getting that PCS score up in the 50s. Looks more mature, deeper edges and better choreography, the PCS in this event is fake anyways and not surprise to see her get under 40

It very unusal for her to pop sals, sals are her best jumps and usually lands them without problem, looked very much like stamina issues and maybe also the injury after Worlds is more severe than I thought. Hopefully a better outing at Tayside Trophy where she probably will get better components mark

...judges... we've had this talk before... remember, PCS is not determined by when you skate. This music works really well for Seoyeong, it allows her to have her jump face on while also highlighting her speed, and she does a very good job with the choreo during the choreo sequence and non-jump portions. This is such a redemption skate for her, aside from the two mistakes at the end.
