Awww, what a redemption skate for Niina! I think this is a great program choice for her, and everything down to her costuming works so well to make this program a natural fit. Those opening jumps were fantastic, if a bit forced out compared to her best jumps. Her spins are really strong, and they were musically phrased, which I appreciate. Her crossovers were looking very laboured today, and she struggled a bit with speed, but there is a lot of transitional content throughout this program that makes it hard for her to organically build up speed. None of her jumps here are telegraphed, so when she's more comfortable with all these elements, this program will be really "wow".
