I see Mihara is skating to "Grief" by Tony Ann. When I was somewhat younger, my signature perfume scent was also called Grief by Tony Ann but it ceased production around 1968.

Mai, as always, creates magic on the ice. She has such wonderful freedom in her upper body, and moves so gracefully and softly. It is so hard when anxiety creates a block that prevents you from doing something that you know you are physically capable - it takes a lot of courage to come out and fight, even if the flip keeps turning into a double.

Both - please my friend, hydrate a lot and take a good hefty dose of painkiller immediately or you will be miserable in a very short time

I have never had side effects other than a slight tightness at point of injection... never took painkillers either...

good luck - that was not my experience, nor most of my coworkers but everyone is different and we are always rundown and lacking sleep

I will admit, when the Covid vaccine first came out, I had reactions, but as time went on, they stopped. I never had any reactions to the flu vaccine

Now, like you, just some soreness or tightness at the injection site.
