The Japanese side of the internet seems to indicate that her first name is also written in kanji rather than katakana, so I don't think there's any connection to the name Lilia?Kono Riria's name is interesting to me because 1)her surname is 河野 written in kanji, and since 河 is usually read as kawa (or gawa, depending on context) I thought her surname would be Kawano but no it's Kono and 2)Riria is how you would transcribe Lilia in Japanese, although I have no idea whether her parents had that in mind
