I like Anna's skating so much though!

Yeah, she popped two jumps, but that was still probably the best I’ve seen her skate a free. A great step forward.

Anna has such huge huge jumps, and they are so impressive, whether they are doubles or triples. I wonder if she has the same issue with her jumps that Liza Tuktamysheva used to have with her 3Lz, where it was so powerful that she struggled to add a triple to it in combination. I am starting to give the ice the hair eyeball, though, after the falls and Anna's string of doubles.

Anna’s 3Lz technique also reminds me a bit of Gracie Gold.

I didn’t like that program at all. Skating after Pezzetta did Ko no favors. Her lack of speed showed in the worse way.

Forget the pop (it was on the patch where Yujae also popped her loop, I think it's the ice there that's the issue) NO FALLS AND ALL OTHER JUMPS CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!

Nayeon is DETERMINED this season and I love that for her

Quietly building to the music, Nayeon quietly conquered the bad ice. Nice plump tech score. She had her plan and stuck to it. Clutch skate - Congratulations!

Dramatic, crisp finish to a really good skate by Nayeon! Her jumps remind me of Kim Chaeyeon's, the same appearance of effortlessness, and the soft, relaxed arms coming into them. She made me feel confident that she'd land the jumps, after the little bobble with the pop at the top of the programme. She was a bit businesslike while jumping, but in the choreo sequence she showed the performer to come as she develops as a skater. A very good job by Nayeon!
