I really enjoyed her!

That dress is gorgeous. A silver pattern on black material always works so well.

I take it the design is based on the Silver Fern, one of the national symbols of New Zealand. That is a nice touch!

The music was beautiful too. And the skating.

Cara TANG (NZL) goes into 3rd in the FS, and 2nd overall.

Ted sending encouragement to his fellow Kiwi. That's nice.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear, I had an alarm clock planned, I definitely remember it ringing at some point but I just emerged from slumber What did I miss ?

The red skirt part of Zhasmin's dress looked really impressive when the introductions were being done. Especially when she did a spin in the background when the later skaters were being introduced.

When the camera started focussing on her, she did a nice non-element type jump while skating parallel to the boards. Then she came into the ice and lined up an element jump. And as she was doing the jump, PJ Kwong introduced her, and I think it distracted her, and she didn't have the best of landings. (It wasn't the worst either, though).

Next time the camera focussed on her, she was lining a jump, but she was way off axis in the air, and fell. The camera then moved to another skater, and exactly the same thing happened to her while Zhasmin was going past in the background.

In the next shot, the camera was focussed on another skater, but we saw bits of a nice combination spin by Zhasmin in the foreground.

Hope it goes well for her come her programme.

Actually, seeing that picture I have just posted makes me realise that Zhasmin's dress would fit a "Paint It, Black" programme.

Oh dear, completely off on those triple jump attempts Her axis is scary, if they can stabilise it, she'll start landing these jumps consistently because she is rotating them (for the most part).
