Lorine skated well and this program could be fine but this costume needs to go, it's so distracting. The skirt is riding up right at the beginning.

"Stairway to Heaven" reminds of the heady days of my youth spent among lava lamps and smoking oregano. Great to see Lorine skating cleanly to it.

Stylistically, Lorine isn't my type of lady skater, but I greatly appreciate that she's gone outside the pretty-pretty box and chosen something daring for her music. It was interesting in a way the others weren't.

I'll go against the grain and say I like the colour at least. But this execution was way too pedestrian for Led Zeppelin.

At least there’s less risk for Lorine to experience burnout from her life being about eating, sleeping and living skating since she gets a 5 month break due to her training rink closure.

I take it back. Once the vocals started, I realised it wasn't Robert Plant singing.

If you're not going to use Led Zeppelin's original, don't bother.

That said, the music sounded right. Just not the voice.

Lorine SCHILD (FRA) is wearing a beautiful purple dress.

Livescoring is now working. She goes into the lead.

It is a beautiful programme. And Lorine skates it beautifully. It would really be the icing on the cake if it was Robert Plant that was singing.

She goes into 4th position.

A very good skate by Lorine! Gets the combination out of the way at the start. I love the sustained backwards penché spiral into the 2A, with a penché exit, and I also appreciate the 3Lo exit, with the one-foot turn into an Ina Bauer. One arm forward to clasp her boot and the other extended back in the sit position of the ch combo spin is a neat detail.
