Unfortunately this is somehow usual for a second JGP season for a Korean skater.

Also, not trying to pick a fight, just trying to give facts: Jia, Yuseong, Minsol, and Minkyu (in men) all went to JGPF in their second international junior season, I have no idea where you got the notion that our skaters have a sophomore jinx in juniors?

Camila isn't new to Canada, just to Juniors. Vika, who is actually new to Canada, will debut at a later JGP (in Bangkok).

Camila isn't a transfer. She and Aleksa have lived in Canada for ages.

And I am afraid that this resurfacing brings to an end my live viewing of the Junior GP today. Because I am going to be watching the Robin Cousins Cup for the rest of the day. (Well, I might have time to watch the Group 5 Warm-Up before the action starts).

I had hoped to be in Sheffield to support my girls, but alas it didn't work out. So I will be supporting them through a screen instead.

The Loop just isn't a friendly jump for a lot of the baby Canadians right now. Funnily enough, Camila would have most likely done better with the Lutz or the Flip as the required solo jump, despite them being "more difficult" on paper.

I've enjoyed the Koreans and love their dresses, very tasteful and beautiful. But, a few years ago I was wowed by their dresses because they were just so much more....EXTRA. Do they have a different dressmaker now?
