Thanks for the archives. Watching Lia's rotational speed in the air, and her jump height, I think a 3A or quad of some sort is in the cards for her.

She is focusing on fully rotating the current triples she has right now.

She got a 3Fq here in this SP. She also got a 3Fq in the free skate of her last competition. So, she needs to focus on that. With the triple flip, she is attempting to get more flow and speed. But, that means she travels more and sometimes lands short of rotation.

She also got three 3Lzq at her last competition and fell on the 3Lzq during her SP. The 3Lz is the last triple she learned and one she needs to still focus on. That is why it is great how well she did on this 3Lz 3T. Her highest GOE

The 3A is the next jump she is learning. I heard she practiced with a harness during off season. I also heard she was attempting 3A with no harness during practice at NextGen. Their goal is for her to focus solely on mastering this jump next. Hopefully, it will be ready by the time she jumps into the JGP circuit.

I’m going to watch GP France now.

Junior Ice Dance is going to be tough at Challenge, Ontario has 9 teams, Quebec has 10 teams and there's 15 spots. I think Karino/Song can make it if they skate as well there as they did here.
