I was so happy when I found out Roman was bringing back this SP because I just loved it, but that season I don't think he got to perform it very often. Plus he never did it clean. I was just thinking this performance would be...but I really enjoyed it. And far prefer it over a clean Gogo....sorry.

The axle for sure was the best I think I've ever seen him do. On replay that triple toe wasn't even close to getting around on the combo though, but I think it was still I really promising start to the season!

80.xx good, but I'm not sure it would have been close to Steven's 90 even if he had landed the combination. He needs to clean up that last quarter rotation on the quad, otherwise he's going to be stuck in the 80s at best. I do think he is a low 90s skater if he can skate that program clean
