2025 Skate Canada Women's Short Program

I'm not sure I agree with that because they ignored Mone's UR. But, she's a great skater so whatever. Mone and Isabeau both deserve high PCS but Yuna should still have the highest PCS and it upsets me she isn't rewarded for what she well.

Looking at the protocol they also ignored Isabeau's q on the 3T. Strict calling until the end. I don't like it when callers become blind for certain skaters.

Where? Her 2A wasn't as perfect as usual but I didn't see any underrotation.

Curious if others agree with the inconsistency in the calling of the jumps. You would think that a tech specialist and assistant could confer and get that right.
Yes, they were much harsher on some skaters than others. I understand if things look rotated in realtime but Mone's axel and lutz looked slightly under in realtime and were not called. Other skaters did not get that benefit of doubt.

Seems that Isabeau isn't leaning quite so far forward when she goes into her jumps. I like the easy flow of her program.

Close scores. Pressure is on for the free! Should be fun!!!
I repectfully disagree ref the combo. Its a ballerina hunch and personally I find it quite distracting but the judges are OK with it. Maybe that is why I am not a judge!

Please watch again.
With slight underrotations I need a 0.25 speed on the slow motion so I haven't done it yet. I just noticed that her 2A wasn't as easy and clean-lined as usual, but with a significant underrotation she wouldn't have managed the exit.
Regarding prerotation and full blade assistance I think it's been a chronic call deficiency for many years, which makes me all the more appreciative with Isabeau Levito managing to cure it on some jumps, without scoring incentive.
