My bladder has legendary durability, trained by those hours of crafting on site during competitions lol
But more seriously...I had California Girls and I Get Around on a loop, went around 15 times with RD in all costume versions already in my head. It's that kind of day.

Ok... I don't know if that will help or not... As a super Piper and Paul fan too, I have not much hope considering the panel and skate order... So i gave up... I will enjoy them for what they give us... i just hope they are happy with their performance.

I love Utana and Masaya, and I love everything about this program, all the way down to her gloves (which are so tasteful, they are period-authentic while also showing off her fingertip movement). The midline is so effective, and I adore the placement of the lift on the music. They've improved so quickly, and they are in great hands with Cathy Reed - they seem to finally be harnessing their speed and power, and are such authentic performers as well. I expect we'll see a PB coming up.

That probably won't be enough for free dance qualification for Utana/Masaya unless a few teams ahead of them make errors. However, they still have a chance at the Olympics both at the Olympic Qualifying Event and if there are some leftover athlete spots, they will get the nod to round out Team Japan for the team event only. But, if all of the spots get used up before that and Utana/Masaya don't qualify a spot on their own, Team Japan will be looking at forfeiting ice dance in the Team Event and probably their chances at a medal as well. That's unlikely to happen, especially because Italy's host spots are going to be allocated back into the spot pool, but not impossible.
