That was a fantastic program from Maddie and Evan, they are hungry for this gold medal. There is such choreographic complexity in the holds and transitions of this program and they are never in an unflattering position. The twizzles were a bit small (as usual) but neatly done, and everything else was spectacular.

Well, they absolutely gave their all. Huge attack from Evan in particular, I've never seen him skate with more feeling than at this Olympics. They couldn't have done more.

I did not like this program very much at all at the beginning of the season and yet here I am loving it at the Olympics! Regardless of the result I have so much respect for them--they completely changed the trajectory of their career when they went up to Montreal. What a wonderful career it has been
