This is another really fantastic program. Holly and Jason have one of the fastest dance spins in the event and there is a lot of wonderful choreo in this program. Their combo lift is perfectly timed to the music, meriting a higher GOE. They struggle with the one-foot turns in particular compared to other teams, but their in-hold step sequence is much stronger. You can really tell that Jean-Luc put a lot of thought into the crafting of this program with each and every element, and while some of the latter choreo elements were a teensy bit shaky, I feel as though they deserve more credit both compositionally and in the GOE for their musicality.

The commentators are rather flat indeed. But TBH, this Australian couple doesn't do anything for me. I prefer when a couple are authentic, or orginal.

I’m interested to see how they’ll score here since I thought they were done dirty at OQE. I really like the program and am impressed with Majorov as an ice dancer. Not only was he in singles, but I remember he had a high flying 3Lz too.

I loved his jumps and his landing position with his leg held high. Ice Dance sounded like a gamble, but it's clear that he has found his call!

For me personally this was the least enjoyable of the 3 programs so far but still a very solid effort. They should be happy with that.

They were better at the Euros. But they will place higher in the next Olympics. Much, much higher...

I know it is not completely Claude Debussy's handiwork that Holly HARRIS / Jason CHAN (AUS) are skating to, but boys but I love "Clair De Lune" programmes!

That was just beautiful.

And they look amazing. Holly in her blue see-through dress, and Jason in his dark blue shirt and black trousers.

They comfortably go into the lead.
