This sentence doesn't make sense to me.I don't think she lost 3A because the way she jumps that jump is almost impossible

I've been in a shock ever since the news was broken... I'm totally devastated and simply can't recover. Aliona, but WHY for God's sake?! I've been trying to get all the information that is available since I first bumped into the unthinkable news on Insta, but the whole thing is just getting messier and messier. I'm afraid we won't ever get to know what the truth is, but at the moment I just feel really, really sad and disappointed. I really like Team Tutberidze, it is (was) amazing to see so many extremely talented skaters together in one group and I really thought that there was some kind of special bond between these girls... I was in a dream and now it seems I was wrong. I must recognise that such a team can't exist and work healthily. Sooner or later these very talented and ambitious individuals will turn against each other, because figure skating is NOT a team sport. All of them want to win and want the glory for themselves... Sorry for my negativity, I mean it when I'm saying I'm totally devastated...
One thing that doesn’t make sense to me about this explanation is that Aliona never relied on Rozanov to get her 3A back last season. He is a jumping coach, but it is not as if he held rods for her, as Sasha explained with her training the 4Lo. She merely spoke with Rozanov, took a shot at it without a rod, and then completed the jump. There was no doubt practice after that, but being incapable of getting a 3A back after performing it flawlessly, and it combination, for a season seems like an Aliona mental block. Maybe that block she thinks can only become overcome by Rozanov? Or maybe Dudakov has some quad practices that she really doesn’t like. Isn’t he known for making jumpers with bad technique?
I still don’t believe that she would be allowed to override transferring after the window unless there was something very serious, more serious than jumping, but maybe I am wrong. As for the conflicting versions, Eteri has a conflicting version of events for anyone she parts with. While she has no doubt built some fine skaters, I’m far more inclined to trust Plushenko on matters of detail regarding the split even if he’s unproven as a coach at this level...
Note: copying here my post from another thread
Some Observations:
1) Aliona won everything last year so (contrarily from Sasha) she would have no apparent reason to not trust the team entering the new season.
2) We know she hold Rozanov in high consideration both for the rinkside support and (if I'm not wrong) because he's the one who worked on her trixel after her injury with exceptional results. (worst trixel last year was a step out at NHK)
I always had the impression that Aliona was protective over Sasha and Sasha was always supersweet and caring with Aliona.
Combined that would mean that when Sasha/Rozanov moved she would wonder if would be best to follow them, but as already said she trusted her current school and staying looked like the best and more logical solution
3) The persona non grata list and Aliona being OK to train with Sasha are only apparently contradictory.
The way Eteri wrote seems like Aliona would not like to train with half of the group; that sounds like bull***t to me.
There could be one skater she does not like to work with and she may have told that to the coaches.
It could happen in individual sports, it's not even strange and would explaing why she would have no problem working with Sasha.
Does not seems enough to leave a team that lead you to international gold coming from nothing.
4) Deciding to leave in May, traning with the "wrong" team for two months and then create this situation makes no sense.
My conclusion is that something happened in July that convinced her she has no future at Sambo and that something is most probably related to jumping.
If it's true that she has not recovered her trixel yet, neverless started working on a quad that's reason enough to leave.
Without Trixels the gold list of Aliona last season would have stopped at Finlandia trophy.
If she's convinced that Rozanov could restore her Trixel back that's more than enough for deciding to leave, even midseason (midseason of a non season so totally away from competitions btw)
That would also explaing the "I won't train anymore here" (because it's pointless) statement and the growing irritation in the last day of training.
Aliona is driven by emotions: it does not mean they control her, she's tough and knows hot to channel emotions in growth and strenght, but their are a big part of her and the foundation of her great expressiveness and communication skills on and off the ice.
If what Plushenko says it's true (e.g. she contacted him out of the blue) I have no doubt that she already made up her mind before contacting him and it was only a check to see if the team was ok to work with her.
I’m not really surprised over this latest development. Seems young Aliona has been struggling with her jumps all year going back to the Road to a Victory show in a February when she missed badly on a flip. It was the kind of fall that could easily shake confidence. There was some speculation at the time that she had undergone some body changes.
On top of that she seemed to battle the mental aspect of the trixel, going as far as to say that she was doubting whether she could remember “how”. Then the pandemic came along and sidelined everyone. The timing could not have been worse because what she needed were solid reps on the ice to get her confidence and rhythm back. Like that old saying if you get thrown from a horse best to climb right back on.
Rozanov is the key here...all roads lead back to her jumping specialist.
Also, It’s entirely possible that Pluschenko sweetened the pot by granting her more privacy on the ice to be free of distractions. I got the impression that under the Sambo club she was sharing the ice with 5+ skaters at a time. It’s not unreasonable for the world record holder to ask for more privacy on the ice...certainly she earned it.
The real mystery remains the contradictory statements regarding the timing. Is it possible that the Russian system calls for entering the transfer portal by the May deadline without committing to a particular school? That by entering your name in the portal you then are allowed to transfer at a later date should you choose? Kind of like the NCAA basketball arrangement for undergraduates that wish to explore their pro potential?
If she really gave her former coach of list of skaters she did not want on the ice with her that probably was the last straw. Honestly I would be a little disappointed in Aliona if she did that. The strength of TT was that everyone was treated the same from every Zhenya on down to Kamila. When girls want to be treated differently that does not sit well with EG.
I did not know that aliona was struggling so much with her jumps. This worldwide pandemic has screwed up so many things. EG coach the perfect season with her pupils taking every medal at every competition they entered and almost certainly one of them would have won worlds.
Has Aliona grown at all? A few extra centimeters in height and a few pounds in weight can change everything for a figure skater.
I wish her nothing but the best. Still in shock about this but hope she's not going through any emotional pain in leaving her friends and her former coach who coached her to greatness.. I find it hard to believe she has lost her 3A.

The transfer was not completet in may at all, rusfed already said that they have no knowledge of anything regarding this back in may. I would gues thatmabye the idea or thought of leaving team eteri came to aljona in may for the first time when sasha , veronika but probably most of all rozanov left to go to plushenko. She probaboy wanted to still give it a chance with her coaches before dooing soemthing so drastic. And mabye for her it didnt work out and she made the final decision 2 weeks ago like plushenko said. I doubt she would have gone through the work and time to learn 2 new programms when she knew that by leaving she also would not skate to this programms. At this point its speculation but mabye she said to daniil that she first thought about it in may and they decided to take it as my decsion was made in may.? And the thing with her not wanting ti skate with others why then woykd she go on her own free will to plushenko where she knows she will skate with sasha together ?Like I said in a previous post I don’t think that part of the story adds up. How would she have time to create a list in May when they weren’t even on the ice until the very very final days of May? If Eteri is framing this as having occurred before the transfer window closed that means that Aliona showed up and gave a list in what, two or three days of being back in Novgorosk? And then Eteri says, well she started acting strange mid-July. But if the transfer was already complete, then why would she start off news of the split by saying this behavior started a month and a half after they would’ve known internally?
I also doubt the endorsements being reason enough. Aliona hasn’t gotten any, but why? I think it may have to do with her declared departure of the sport, you cannot make a face of an athlete who will not be competing after the most momentous competition of their career. Further, why would Sasha and Anya and Alina get adidas, Nike, and Puma deals and Aliona get nothing? It makes no sense. Eteri and Sambo-70 get a split of earnings contractually so her blocking endorsements for her most successful senior would financially make no sense.

You know Yulia has recently had a baby why throw her under the bus?So Eteri claims that Aliona gave her “a Whole list of non grata girls.” In the same Instagram quote she also unceremoniously threw former students Julia and Zhenya under the bus for good measure. I’m still gasping at the level of shade...Forgive me if I give young Aliona the benefit of the doubt here.

But in the end Aliona has a new start and we all underestimated how much young Sergei means 2 TTs skaters. The biggest mistake EG made was letting him get away without giving him more money and more responsibility. Look what it led to! It seems like a panic move for me for aliona to do this nowvbecause everyone lost their jumps not skating for 3 or 4 months. If it became mantle with her like I can't fix this with this team but that would have been a real problem. Alena brings so much to the ice. I wish her well.
By the way once she does start to get endorsements I think she will hang around and perform competitively into her early 20s. Being a doctor can wait.
Thank you! Of course I should’ve looked to this channel, they somehow always have everything.
Smart decision of her . She doesnt need to read all the hate that comes her wayI don't check her instagram very often but it seems like she recently(?) disabled the comments...?
Well, I'm glad she did so. I hope she's getting back to regular training soon and not being affected by ppl's words.

People are shocked at what Aliona did at this time in the off season. Some people are upset at her decision but I assure you no one hates this girl. She is after all the most beautiful skater in the world and a real charmer as well. She is the evil angel.
As for skating I'm sure Alenas jumps will come back and she maybe help mentally by having young Sergei working with her. I'm pretty sure every figure skater who did not skate for about 4 months lost their jumps and is having to work hard to get them back.
