American Idol David Cook's Brother Passed Away.

David's brother passed away today. It was posted on his Web site and on AOL today.
He had brain cancer. My thoughts and prayers go out to David, his sister-in-law and his family.. .

I lost both my mother and my husband to brain cancer so I know what a horrible disease it is.

I will say a prayer for the Cook family.

IIRC he was very ill while David was competing and it took a toll on David during the show. While there is the loss, there is also the relief that his brother is no longer suffering or in pain. The healing for those left behind will begin.
