Technically they needed interpreters, not translators, and it's their own fault for not being prepared.

this is a great mover for her though, by learning english she would be able to reach out to her current non-korean speaking fans and maybe gain a few more fans along the way.

IMO her english is not that bad, she may have an accent but her words are definitely understandable. She may just need to work on expressing her thoughts. I do think that training in Canada may help her english too.
