Combination jumps (ladies)

during the 2003 season...at Europeans during the long program and in the short at worlds! Those are the ones I remember!

She also landed 3l-3t in the 2002 Junior Worlds LP http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PT7LH6WYdQw

The most amount of difficult combinations she did was certainly Euros 2003 (3l-3t, 3f-3t, 2a-3sal) ... I wonder what technical COP score she would get with content like this! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=28djAK9g4-0

As far as I know, she did 3l-3t consistently during the 2002-2003 season. She won Nebelhorn Trophy 2002 with 3l-3t and 3f-3t in the LP.

I agree. Midori Ito was the master of combination jumps. She was the first woman to hand a triple/triple at the ripe old age of 12 (or was it 13)? You go, girl!

What was really sad was Debi Thomas' implosion at the 1988 Olymics. Once she missed her opening triple toe/triple toe, the program unraveled. A jump like that can either make or break a program, it seems, and it certainly sends a strong statement to the competition.

jumping wise, that was her best season, pity puberty and pression came all together in 2006! I remember in 2003 she was doing 3-3 also in shows!
