That's such a beautiful interview with Johnny - thank you! He expresses himself so wonderfully and movingly about Plushy. I've never been a fan of Johnny's skating - but as a true friend of Plushy's, truehearted and supportive, I feel such appreciation for him! I hope that the choreo he'll be given in the Snow King will give me a chance to enjoy his skating too. I already think that he looks really great in the costumes he's been given.

That much??? Ah... maybe they have some service like wear 1 time or something for most customers?

I would guess that a lot of them are on loan...sometimes a designer will even pay for a celebrity to wear their clothing, for publicity (at least that's true in the US/Hollywood, but I don't imagine it's much different in other places). They have stylists who bring them things on loan for big events. Granted, Yana probably also buys a lot for herself, as we saw the big closet in the documentary.

I agree with Gallavich's explanation--many of them were probably loaned by designers for publicity. Some of the dresses look very designer-y, if that makes any sense... not like something you'd just pick out on your own. But heck, what do I know? (Nothing, if the subject is dresses )

Yes, I thought something like this. She has a lots of dresses but I don't think she buys dresses for every evening. These weeks are the fashion weeks in Moscow, yesterday they were on Yudashkin's show they met with Alla Pugacheva and her YOUNG husband Galkin. Alla Pugacseva is the biggest star, singer in Russia for 40 years. http://instagram.com/p/uvyVlMFSLc/ Galkin is a presenter on the TV.

I recognize Galkin from some of the shows Plushy has been on...and Alla was previously married to their friend Philipp Kirkorov, which I find...interesting. He seems to always be embroiled in some kind of scandal. I would never know who these Russian celebrities are if not for Plushy, but I like Alla's music a lot - too bad I don't understand a word.

Probably I never would have heard of the name of Yudashkin. Despite he is a very good designer he already debuted in Paris and Milan. Plushy and Yudashkin respect each other. Plushy wrote about Yudashkin yesterday: Valentin Yudashkin, who once again proved that he is the best in his profession!

Wow, I wonder if flower is expensive in Russia.
My teacher once told me he had a Japanese friend who never bought flowers for his wife not because he didn't love her but because the price was crazy. My friend in Europe says flower is very expensive there.
