Ilia was awesome today! I keep missing men's events and not catching up on them, but that does have the benefit of showing how well he's grown into his SP performance-wise. Good for him working on all elements of his skating

You can really see how hard Ilia has been working on the performance side of things. He's become such an an engaging skater to watch! And the jumps are of course out of this world.

I thought Ilia skated really well today. I thought his score would be just a smidge higher but it is what it is. He made it through to the FS in a good spot and I hope they all have a great skate.
