I recorded "Gala of Japan Open" in DVD and with pleasure
I'll send you a copie of the DVD (about 2 hours).:agree:
Kimmie, Mao, Miki and all of female skaters are so lovely:love:
and male skaters are so dynamic and powerful.

Even If you can't see the copie of DVD with your DVD player,
surely I hope you can see it with your computer.

So please leave your address to my private message
if you are interested in watching it!

I'm happy if you are happy to receive it! :party2:

Is Japan the same DVD region as North America? I know they both use the NTSC standard, but not sure if a Japanese DVD would work here...could be wrong though

You are welcome!!(^-^)

Mikittyfan - I'm speechless with gratitude! PMing you.

Spun Silver san, Konnichiwa!:)
Today, at lunch time, I sent you the DVD of Gala Japan Open!:agree:

Thank you so much for your two private messages, which pleased me
so much!!
I'll reply to your last message very soon.

When you have watched Gala, please tell me your impressions!
I think that members interested in this Gala will be pleased to read
your comment too!:party2:

In the meantime, if you have free time, please watch our Mikitty's
performance when she was 15 and 16 years old.

She was 15 years old and she landed quad-jump beautifully!
And how cute was her smile!

i really enjoyed watching all the youtube videos. they really should air this competition in the usa. but i guess they never will as long as there's nascar! everytime i see todd and yagudin skate, i realize how much the sport is diminished for me by not seeing them as often as i used too. thanks so much for posting these links...a great way to start a morning.

I don't have a problem with it not being aired in the US. It's the JAPAN open (a JSF event?) after all. (I suppose one can argue that it could have gotten some American attention with Kimmie's prescence)

Instead, the USFS has the resources to bring that type of event here, where it can be aired on network TV. Whether they'll attempt to do that next year to attempt to revive FS interest remains to be seen.

Oh dear, I just watched the competition on YouTube- Kimmie looked very tired and not into the program.

Thank you so much!!

Thank you for posting the youtube links for Miki, mikittyfan! :agree:

Dear Gail,
Thank you so much for your comment!:)
Thanks to you, thanks to other members, I really enjoy this Forum!:agree:

About "Gala of Japan Open" I read that delightfully Alexei Yagudin
choreographed all the skaters in the Opening, and the skaters were
of course fascinated by his choreograph!:love:

I really like this kind of story about Beautiful Friendship among skaters and
I hope among us, figure skaters fans, we'll keep sharing warm friendship and
beautiful emotion!

I  to read about skaters who respect each other and get along with each other, even though they are competitive rivals on the ice. :agree:

Keep on posting here, mikittyfan! It's great to hear from you.
