Chiddy's fried chicken LOL even if he were to sell Ice Wine, it might work out... but for that, I'd suggest he uses Patrick Chan for the branding...
the fudge looks sort of updated traditional. My granny would make it plain, the blonde version... then at one point, she did include nuts in it... and finally, she started getting lazy and made peanut butter... some would add maple syrup to it too...The chocolate versions are a bit less traditional here... something you'd see a lot in Michigan.... but still, my mom would make that a lot too...
In any case, anything with Montreal in front is better... Like Montreal fudge, Montreal Steak Spice, Montreal bagels, Montreal Smoked meat and Montreal boys
