:laugh2: I can't remember if I've seen this before or not. It's hilarious! :rofl: "So 2008" is right. Patrick looks so young, although not as young as here and here.

I don't want to vote in the costume poll. I would LIKE him to have 2 new costumes for SCI, but his costume habits have surprised me lately, so who knows what will happen. In the past (pre-Sochi) he always showed up with new costumes for new programs at the first GP, if not before then. Now he does what he feels like. Onyx I understood using old costumes, as it was so early, and even Nebelhorn I would have been fine with old costumes. But SCI being the first big event, I would like to see both new costumes. I have no idea how/where Patrick has his costumes made now. Maybe he had them done while he was in Vancouver and not at Nebelhorn. He seems to have been quite busy there. So the short answer is, I have no clue what Patrick will do about costumes. ;)

Then a lot of videos on YouTube will be muted... and any skater that skates to a soundtrack will have their videos muted as well. :eeking:

Based on last season, I predict that he will have one new costume at SCI and one old one, and then he will wear his second new one at GPF if he gets to go.

But it's an Olympic year - anything can happen!

Yes, that was one of the best parts of the video - listening to them discuss the performance. It's bare audible, but after he said he shut his brain off, Kathy told him that was what he needed to do, and he said, "oh, thank God."

Well... first.. it could be John Williams the guitarist here ;) in which case it would be Korngold that is copyrighted... in the end ... we never win ;) but yeah... lots of lalaland and star wars and schindler's list should be muted... but if i understand properly, it's not always the case..... for instance, on my youtube chain, i am playing a piece by a very well-known living composer.... it's never been muted because nobody reported it... (and if they did, I have authorization by the composer so I guess I would argue???)

I am not sure how youtube proceeds with copyrighted material, if they rely on the public to report the infringements or if they have staff or technology doing that... but i can tell you that it's not exhaustive...Look at Journey....it's not blocked ;) and look at all the videos submitted by users and not the broadcasting channel.... so ... there... who knows what will be blocked or not...

Once upon a time, there was a chiddy his fans were looking for.... he was really nowhere to be seen.... even Beverly Smith had no idea.... we thought, perhaps the evil queen Di Manno would know.... but no news, good news, she didn't either..... One day.... as I was reading his fan fest for some news.... I came across a post from blueberryhill mentioning he was perhaps using an old sorcery trick... the Waldo ;) Patrick was hiding using the old red and white camouflage method... as seen here

At first, I thought... well... that could just be anyone... but a close-up also provided by BBHILL showed us the most beautiful and sexiest specimen (look at the fit on these jeans!!!) of waldo...

The Waldo Chan was indeed in action.... traveling the world... appearing on mysterious and random instagrams.... (have a look at vivley's blog for a collection of the most random appearances of the Waldo Chan in his natural habitat...) However.... I was still anxious...

Where was he?

I called my unicorn... you know, the one that can only be approached by pure souls???? Yeah... sorry for those who cannot see it... but I said... Dearest Unicorn..... I have a mission for you.... please go meander in the most beautiful fields and try to locate the Waldo Chan.... you may need to lure him with some special sensual sounds...

the unicorn, aware of my very needy needs went and went... and went..... and tried for days and days... nights and nights.... on an foggy autumn morning, the unicorn felt the presence of a pure soul.... and communicated with me....

here is a photo I took.... look!!!! the waldo chan... had been seduced by the unicorn's song.... and was gently looking at it, from behind a tree made beautiful from the fall's colourful leaves....

I was so happy... i felt my heart beating... the true call of love had been heard by Waldo Chan.... I couldn't believe my eyes... and I thought, I better blink to see if this isn't just a dream... I mean... i haven't been sleeping for days, trying to locate Waldo Chan...

so... i did blink... and then.... nothing.... i couldn't see either the unicorn... nor the Waldo Chan.... My heart got heavy. My eyes wet.

I turned around to walk away from my sorrows and what was behind me ? Playful Waldo Chan and the unicorn !!!! They were there, under a beautiful rainbow, symbol of our never ending and pure love :)

And there in the deepest of my soul... all I could feel is how grateful I was that all these years, the Waldo Chan had been teasing me with his silence, keeping his music a secret or his costumes unseen until the day of the competition.... and then it all made sense....
