we almost got a clean Ilia shame about the 3A its been a tricky jump for men until now in this comp.

I haven't seen Sofia Moroz at all this season, she did really well here. I wonder if people remember her but she used to medal/finish in top 10 in the novice nationals and almost always medal in championship of Saint Petersburg in her novice/junior days. Ive missed her.

She was always at the top once upon a time. And you would find Trusova, Aloina, etc. in the middle. Just goes to show you that you can't predict the future from the Novice level girls.

That 4S looked scarily off axis and the fall looked hard hope he is ok
Other than that he did so well that 3f-3lo combo was great im happy that -3lo combos are becoming more popular and done in russia now!

Really, that was Menshov with Fomin? Now I have to go back and look again. I like that so many of the old guard became coaches and pass on their knowledge to the younger generation!
