She is one of those who gave us the first decade of the new century. Yana Rudkovskaya first learned as a spouse of a businessman Viktor Baturin, then as a producer of Dima Bilan. Then there was a loud divorce, scandal because of the children, the wedding with Evgeni Plushenko. But this is only part of life tabloid famous producer. Behind the scenes Rudkovskaja developed several business projects, for example, invented and launched a fashion brand. Parallel to the work of managers and Bilan, Plushenko. In 2013, she became a mother again - born the son of Jana and Eugene Alexander. But the quiet family evenings businesswoman continue to procrastinate. Woman.ru: Ian, if you look at the list of activities that you visit and add to this project, which you do, how much of your day starts and when it ends?
Yana Rudkovskaja: I wake up around 8 am, and I go at 2am. Differently now does not work. Between the big solo concert of Dima Bilan and Evgeni Plushenko show I had only a week.
Schedule stressful for several months to work seven days a week. It's hard for a woman, especially when she has three children. But the family is part of my position. If possible, I always try to bring the younger son Sasha. He's almost 2 years old and he misses more than others. Woman.ru: You have time to even have breakfast with your family?
Y. R .: None. Drink kefir and run out of the house. We live out of town, the road takes a lot of time. Today, like left on time, but still linger. Now I stand in a traffic jam and a half hours.
Woman.ru: As a spouse you assigned professional duties?
Y. R .: We make common cause: the show "Snow King". I support it as a general producer, and Jack - choreographer, inspirer and protagonist. We live in this project, it is for us like another child.
Dima Bilan appeared even jealousy. He thinks that I spend "Snow King" too much time. Of course, this is not true. I told him that Dima Bilan - this is a very serious brand. Evgeni Plushenko - too. But in the new show, he does not appear as Olympic champion and a hero "Snow King". These are different things.
We came up with essentially new format. It's a fairy tale, a family show. To us this has not been done. We combine many different technologies: 3 D -effect, feature film, the magic of Brothers Safronov. To present "Snow King", we had to install next to the concert hall additional substation, because we are afraid that will not be enough power and Luzhniki Ice Palace in St. Petersburg, where Jack will perform in January. I want this show was a breakthrough because it has great potential. And now I'm working on the verge of possibilities, because I realize what a huge responsibility rests with me.
Woman.ru: Your loved ones realize how much work you have undertaken?
J. R .: This is great work and all, of course, realize how serious.
I recently middle son said, "Mom, maybe you do not have to earn so much money? Maybe it's better to stay at home? ". To which I replied, "You know, not all the money is measured, there is an idea to give people a story that we do."
I am very pleased that at the "Snow King" will come from children's homes. Director institutions have repeatedly called me and said that the students get to live the dream show.
Woman.ru: After an injury at the Olympics how difficult Eugene were given training?
J. Woman.ru: When you have time to meet with Eugene?
J. R .: evening. I'm coming home in 11 hours, and then we communicate. When people burn one idea, they do not notice the time.
Woman.ru: Are you thinking about what kind of example did your children?
J. R .: My children sometimes hesitate to ask any gift, because he did not want me to long run and look for it. They know very well how to make money. They understand that Zhenya rides for the country, winning Olympic medals.
When we decorated the house Zhenya's office, then gathered there most of his awards. And children, when they saw we were very surprised, they asked: "Is that all Zhenya's? They can not take away these traits. The sons also workaholics. My children have already chosen their path and do not waste time in vain.
Woman.ru: What gives you the job?
J. R .: I have not proved everything to everyone. Our country is constantly stimulates human. In Japan, if you are an Olympic champion, you till the end of life at the hands of wear. In Russia, you can at least every year to prove that you're the best, and will still be people who will say that it is undeserved. We stopped to appreciate the heroes, the people who actually do business, implementing projects, which can be proud of Russia.
Our country will be proud of the show. This is a tremendous work done by so many people, from graphic designers, choreographers and musicians ending, which are specially created unique dance and music for the show. I am proud of my team. We have skaters who came from other countries: Poland, Canada, Czech Republic, England, America, France. And these people love Russia, they want to grow professionally here and work, and they are not afraid of any sanctions. They are not shy to say that participating in the show great Plushenko. It gives me moral satisfaction. And I have a great desire to prove that in our country there are unique designs that will compete at the global level, this is why we have been invited to speak on many countries.
Woman.ru: Do you think in the future you will not regret that so much time devoted to the work?
J. R .: Do not think that I do not spend time with their families. We all have a rest, and during my family with me sometimes.
I want my children to be proud of me, that is already happening now. I believe that it makes no sense to stay at home and keep the children for life by the handle, and then suddenly see that your child has withdrawn and has been some terrible things. It seems to me, is more important to be an example of hard work and ambition. My almost 2-year-old son Sasha already plays football every day, to skateboard, and it does so at the level of 5-6 year old children.
Methods of education depend on further goals. If you want the child to become an outstanding athlete, then you need to do the impossible, as his dad at one time. Evgeni Plushenko was the first man who made Biellmann. He was the first and so far the only one who made a quadruple toe loop combination -troynoy toe and triple loop. I do not pay attention to the envious and not trying to please everybody. I was primarily interested in the views of children, husband, friends.
With regard to the general public, it is an indicator of interest audience: the total number of subscribers I have 900,000 on Twitter and 500,000 in Instagram, and this despite the fact that I do not quite an active user. Let's call a spade a spade: I'm not an actress, not a singer, not the model, not the TV presenter. Not the kind of person that art makes people interested. I'm just a producer and manager. But it turns out that I call the interest of their projects work. So I'm going the right way, but for me it's important.
