According to this interview with Tomas Verner, he and Plushenko will skate in a private show for a sheikh(!) in the UAE. Not sure when it is, though.

I can't wait!!!! But if it will be a private show we won't see anything about the show. I'm his fan since 1998, but i began to follow closely on facebook, his official site, twitter, youtube in 2010. And I never bored, I had a great adventure with him!
2010.
-He won the ECH after 4 years!
-Vancouver : many people really believed he was the real winner. They fought for him everywhere, collected everything in this theme. I know many people were totally outraged and wrote directly to ISU, IOC, and was a collecting signatures, and in two days were cca 7000 signatures and it sent to IOC! This was the reason why Rogge defended the result in his statement. Among the signatories were more foreign than the Russians.. The Russians collected gold and they made a gold medal " The Gold medal of Russian nation"
-Many shows in Europe and Japan! That was a fantastic summer !!! Many cute and interesting story with fans!
- He received an ISU suspension. He wasn't amateur skater.
2011.
-"Champion's Diver Plushenko" watch is finished in the Swiss manufactory.
- The Mercedes invited him to the presentation of the new model in Germany. They made him a tiny ice ..
- He became amateur skater again. Thanks to Cinquanta and an other Italian ISU officials. He was injured on his knee in that fall. He had no minimal scores to ECH. The ISU gave him a special permission to ECH.
2012:
-He won the ECH in 2012. Despite the fact he was injured. Yana wrote he had big pain in his knee. He received painkiller injections and he won! His many fans almost cried, I liked Mishin's story, and Orser said one year later in an interview he became fan of Plushy... The European media really celebrated him!!
-In March knee surgery in Munich. Same doctor operated him as in 2005.
-Slowly recovery, Yana became pregnant..
In November Germany, he had a surgery in his back in anesthesia .
2013:
-In January: Sasha was born.
Plushy wasn't healthy he had pain in his back... He fall in SP and he withdrew on ECH.
- In February he had surgery in Israel Hospital, replaced a disk in his spine.. A newspaper wrote he had no surgery, because he wasn't in the Hospital's list... But he was on VIP sector. Zhurankov TV commentator said he had no surgery..And started a scandal.. Plushy sued Zhurankov.
- He begun the preparation too early, in April. We all worried about him..Thanks to fans who travelled to Pinzolo training camp( in the previous years they also were in Pinzolo. This is the reason why we know how great was the Romeo and Juliette program) thus we knew every step of his preparation. That was a great fight with pain! He wanted to finish..
-In November: Volvo Cup. He won of course, but that was the most important he landed in quad, we were in the heaven!! In Riga some schoolchildrens didn't go to school, because they wanted to see Plushenko. The organizers couldn't handle the media interest, it was too big! They said in Riga were many TV crews from exotic countries!
-In December he lost to Kovtun on Rus Nat. He had A bad skating..and many journalists, and Zhirinovsky attacked him... I think everybody knows the story
2014.
-Sochi Olympic Games: I think you all know the story. He was a hero after Team Competitions and he became an antihero when he needed withdraw ..One of the screws was broken in his spine...But the doctor promised 30 years garantee... The scandal was really big!! He cancelled his tour in Russia, of course..
-In March he had surgery in Israeli Hospital. They removed all screws...Plushy's muscles became strong and can keep the synthetic disc..
- The people understand what happend, but there are people who didn't forgive him. His Russian haters are the worst .
-He quietly recovered. And he was on shows in last summer.
-In September we heard about the Snow King.
-In October golf tournament in China( with Morgan Freeman, Nicol Kidman, Jessica Alba). A Russian ministry has asked him to develop a program of Russian schoolchildren.He held many master classes.
- Continued the Japanese TV show about him on Japanese channel
-In November The Russians have been published in the opinion polls he remained the most popular athlete in Russia!
-In December Snow King premier in Moscow. Great succes! In Courcheval Catherine Zeta-Jones gave him a standing ovation , she knew Plushenko, he is her long time favorite!!!
etc., etc.....
And I don't mention many things, many articles, many fan's stories..etc.... In this forum and in other forums I laughed at those opinions Yagudin is famous as Plushenko...Or Plushenko isn't world famous... They aren't in same level...
