gorgeous opening 2 passes... I thought Patrick had that in the bag... and then ... well of course, new jump... rotated but forward... couldn't land it... i think the choreo is really good there because after the 4S, no matter what happens, Patrick has a lot of time to refocus during the spin and Choreo seq... then he can build up speed again etc..
I am not sure what happened with the second 4T...i was disappointed there. great save on the 3A....
loop was fine... people didn't clap YAY!!!!
now I think that Patrick will stick to 3Lz-2t-2l for his three jump combo, like last year, and of course end with the 3F... it was unusual to see him pop these jumps into doubles... but somehow, it gives us a better idea of how gorgeous the program is... as opposed to Patrick falling or having rough landing... he was clearly tired by the end of the LP and it's normal with the heavy training he has been doing...
He said he has a bit of a lower back discomfort... let's hope it's no big deal.
I am relieved that he won, mostly because I think he needs to compete and I hope he get to GPF.
