I remember vividly that Kaitlin Hawayek got food poisoning at Cup of China last year. According to Wikipedia, she vomited eight times in four hours during the night before the short dance . Sounds like a nightmare even for simple civilians who don't have to do difficult physical skills.

Rule of thumb for caucasians- if you're lips are three shades lighter than the rest of your face you're wearing too much bronzer.

Not necessarily. But in the current field the 3A isn't worth the risk of training/performing.
