all of the skaters so far pretty much had music too big for them.... or at least inappropriate.... big sweeping music, you need so much speed... they don't... i get mad at this because choreographers listen to the beats but do not get the sweeping phrasing... so the skaters look like they are doing something on the music in a local manner but ignore it globally... sorry... i had to get this out.

Like singing a national anthem in a falsetto voice.

Idk, if the skaters like their music, and it motivates them, I'm okay with it. We have to meet them where they are. Is there choreography that creates the illusion of speed? They just have to work on it.

OK, I'm going to be trashed for saying this, but this was my biggest problem with Nathan's LP last year. He was not big enough or mature enough for Saint Saens Organ symphony.
