why do you think i went down that pothole to hide and brought Patrick down ? LOL... and happy you joined but where is that damn unicorn?

About Chan: "I spent a good portion of the beginning of the season there, training with Patrick. He is a very, very positive, a great guy. He has a lot of experience on his shoulders and he is honestly one of the most positive skaters I’ve skated with. He never really takes competition as something that will try to bring me down. It doesn’t really affect our relationship. We’ve been good friends."

Lol, that must have been where the traffic jam was! I was trying to get on the forum last night and couldn't - the forum page just kept loading ad loading and never let me in! :shocked:

But on Twitter I got wind of the article because some of the fans voiced their displeasure with Patrick's comments... :eeking: Oh well, c'est la vie...

It's great that Nathan said this, especially because he went to Arctic Edge at a time when Patrick was still dealing with the aftermath of separating from Kathy and getting used to a new coach and new training setup. This is a testament to Patrick's magnanimous character, that he welcomed Nathan and extended the hand of friendship.
